1% commission to listing agency   

$250 up front listing fee plus commission to Selling Agent of 3%, all paid to "buyer's agent".  Total cost is $250 plus 4% of final sales price.

  1. Regular Exclusive Right to Sell listing.

  2. On site listing including additional photographs and exclusive web page.  (i.e. www.DonWest.com/+street  example: http://www.DonWest.com/smith

  3. Sign in yard.

  4. Flyer box with flyers if desired.      

  5. Lock box if desired.
