3.5% total commission with up front fee

• only $250 up front fee.  Selling Agent earns only 2.5% and listing Agency receives only one (1%) percent. 

• Total cost: 3.5% + $250 at beginning.

• Example on $200,000:     7%             6%           5%       4%          3.5% Special

• Typically OMNI Realty offers the same service at about one-half of the price.

• 5% and above:  No up front listing fee, commission of 3%, all paid to "buyer's agent".  Total cost is 5% or above of final sales price--then no other fees but the Seller can still cancel with 24 hours notice.

• Where do the commission go?  Often they are split between selling and listing agents but with OMNI Realty the Selling Agency gets a full 3% except on the "special" where they will receive only 2.5%.

1. Traditional Exclusive Right to Sell listing with all the advantages to the Seller. 

2. On site listing including additional photographs and exclusive web page.  (i.e. see  www.DonWest.com/+street  example: http://www.DonWest.com/smith).

3. Sign in yard.

4. Flyer box with flyers.  Flyers updated and changed as desired.

5. Lock box if desired.  These are daily updated to show who has shown and can be installed with a "call before showing code."
